Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to Japan, South Korea, and France.

Estimated Delivery Time Standard shipping: 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates Free shipping is available on orders over ¥3,000 JPY. Orders below this amount will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at ccc20252026@outlook.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
